RachelN, we have to keep in mind that, while these kids are going through some fairly mature issues, they are still children. Children can be petty. Besides, we have been watching as the story of Chuck and his sister/cousin has been explained. This may very well be a way for them to help the two of them while bringing Chuck on side. Sometimes, chaos leads to peace.

It seems to me like even though neither of them will admit it, they miss the other by their side and are looking to compensate. At the same time they might also think that they have to because the other might not be as ready to forgive their little spat? I can't tell you how many times I had a small tiff with someone and took forever to apologize because I thought the other was still angry and wouldn't accept it. Tsktsk

Maybe because Irma needs someone to bounce off of. It's not a lot of fun to be wild and wacky if nobody is around to interact with. Chuck just happens to be right there, and Irma already knows how to manipulate him, so bonus.

Obvious one is the same as Sarah's: Chuck's a boy, "let's do BOY STUFF!"

Also, Chuck was introduced as formerly being their best friend before Sarah came out. So, it's not unreasonable to try and ammend your friendship.

I don't think it's that strange for Irving/Irma to go to Chuck. He was in their band before and kids don't hold long grudges the way adults do. It's nice to see when he does get along with the others.
