To My Beloved Royalty...

A lot of you have asked how old Sarah is. I like to keep it undefined, since, well.... the way I draw her today is a bit older than I drew her when I started several years ago, so it's all a little murky.

You CAN be assured, she's not a teenager yet.

So here's a question... how many of you would agree with Wendy if you were her position, especially knowing nothing but what Sarah just announced?

I think I'd be highly tempted to *say* that just to tease the kid, but whether I'd let them go or not would then depend on...well knowing something about they'd just announced. How do you know what a child that age (8-12 perhaps?) thinks is a date?

Well, if i had a preteen daughter and she announced this out of nowhere, I'm pretty sure This would be my reaction , except I'd say 14. I mean really preteens should not be dating. But if she was anything like me she'd find a clever way to do it behind my back. So I'd have her explain the situation properly.
