Rain? What's rain? And what's that falling from the sky on Sarah's head? Certainly can't be water. That's never happened before. Not here in California, at least.

Know what you mean Moose, I live up in North Ca and our local reservoir actually hit 100% after last winter. Now it's down to 65% thanks to the lack of liquid sunshine in our spring.
