Nice change of pace.
In my distant youth we listened to Radio Programs...
Land of the Lost, Buster Brown(who lived in a shoe), and a few other shows
though the weekday afternoons shows were more memorable including
the Adventures of Superman, Jack Armstrong (the All-American Boy and
sales icon for Wheaties(the breakfast of Champions), Captain Midnight
and the Secret Squadron(Get your decoder badge out!), The post-humous
Adventures of Tom Mix, Skyi Ranch, Mandrake the Magician, Chandu the
Magician and of course Red Ryder with his young Native American companion
and Duchess the owner of the ranch where he worked.  Later in the
evening of course we had the Lone Ranger and Tonto of course.

If the weather was good on Saturday and we were in funds I was sent off
to the Kids matinee with lots of cartoon mostly Disney, Warner Bros, MGM,
Westerns and SF serials.  Roy Rogers and Dale Evans, Lash Larue,
etc.

bliss

That was a bit before my time. For me, it was the Saturday morning Superhero cartoons. Challenge of the Super Friends, Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends, etc. A bowl of cereal (although my mom resisted the technicolor sugar cereals) then play time with my BFF. So nice.

Classic Satureday Morning TV.

He-Man, She-Ra, Transformers, 80's My Little Pony, Turtels, The Smurfs (Not sooo mutch Thundercats that was to late for me i think...) There was a Cartoon about Magical Girls and Rainbows i cant remember the Name...  ... so everything pretty queer if i think about it.

By the Way: Did you guys notist that in ne New She-Ra Series the Non-Binary Gendert Charkter "Double Trouble" is adrest whit "Threr" rather then He or She ? The New She-Ra Show is queer as nothing else (In a very positve way). Its rare that a good written Non-Binary Charakter is portrait in that way.
