Guest post by "Villiljós" That's such a sad story :( Thank you for telling it! I can't help but wonder though, how Chuck's mom didn't lose custody after being released from jail? Just the shitty prison system? I'd have thought if a baby is born while the parent is incarcerated (and surely they could see from her behaviour she wasn't a very fit mother) something would be done... or maybe she just knew when to play nice in order to keep him?
