Way I see it, everyone has different struggles in their lives; what you would think would be easy to overcome could be Mt. Everest to somebody else. I can see why Sarah is miffed, but at the same time she might consider that her own struggle is inspiring Irma/Irving to find their own identity in terms of gender.
