Guest post by "BP" My big brother kept baby ducks in his dorm room for half a year in freshman year (he later gave them to us, then we gave them to a petting zoo once they were too old for us to keep). To keep them quiet he'd feed them, so they learned to peep when they were hungry. Sometime later, when he was home for the summer, we were on a family trip and all us kids got hungry ... so on his cue we started peeping. XD
