Guest post by "Allie" Wendy's motives remind me so much of my own mum -.- Although the only reason I don't entirely regret not transitioning as a child is that as an adult I was less effected by her ignorance and more able to have her take what I had to say seriously. But yeah, good intentions aside, acting in a transphobic way because you don't want your child to suffer from transphobia? Not really all that logical.
