Irmsson looks a little more "wtf is going on with this guy?!" than actually scared to me. I really don't see hir tolerating Chuck for very long. Though whether (s)he tells him to stuff it or how to do it better is still up in the air!
Meanwhile the little ladies are enjoying an afternoon of babies. Somehow I could see Molly getting out there to help Irmsson in some future skirmishes too, but to -help- the villagers, not pillage them.
