Maybe Molly's older sister. It's just the eyebrows, though, I'm not seeing any other indication of them being related. It'd be REALLY interesting if they were, though- it'd be fascinating to see how the older sister is a homo/transphobe and the younger is a social justice warrior who's specifically fascinated by trans-ness.
