Guest post by "Rachel Ann" Being Useful; you're sweet for saying that, and thank you! But, no, I did lose friends. And a couple of relatives. Only the best and most understanding of friends can adjust to everything. They are very rare. The rest are truly friends, but with limits. I don't value my relationship with them any less; I just value my relationships with my dearest friends more. And no-one starts as a Best Friend; it takes time. Some of the friends I lost may have eventually been ready to accept me; but now I'll either never know or it will take much longer.
