Guest post by "Tyler" This sounds a lot like what a close friend of mine went through when I came out... took her almost a year to come around entirely. I have to be at least a little sympathetic, after all someone knows you as one thing for years and you tell them something about yourself that they've never even heard of, some people have trouble with it at first.
