As long as you're still breathing, it's never too late.

There's actors that achieved great success despite starting their careers after 40, some with far less training than you have.

Give it a go... find a community theater group for starters, if you're unsure. It should help with a lot of your issues, just getting into it.

If it never goes past there, at least you'll enjoy yourself. If it does(hey, you could audition for something bigger and surprise yourself), you'll be glad you started it.

There's no reason to regret not doing something you can still do. Give it a go--you've obviously got the ability to tell an intriguing story. There's no reason your medium should be limited to webcomics if you don't want it to be.
