Guest post by "Gellibean" There's a song where the chorus goes "Here comes the Silverton up from Durango, here comes the Silverton shovelin' coal." It's pretty obvious (now) from the rest of the lyrics that it's about a train, but when I was little those two lines were the only part I paid attention to and I got:
"Here comes the silverton up from the rainbow, here comes the silverton covered in gold."
Had no idea what a silverton was, but I decided that it must be some kind of magical creature that lived on a rainbow. I kind of still wish it was. :-)
