[PREDICTION MODE] During her teenage years she got into gender therapy, which is normal of most transgender young people... but the psychiatrist wrote the story of Sarah without permission. Sarah is basically angry that her life story has become a product to consume, like a comic, or a movie, and that possible made her go grimdark (but not in a funny way like when she was a kid) and eventually settle into a jaded teenager that didnt want to be a character for people to "identify with".
Honestly, this seems like a meta narrative, but I would sound like a jerk saying why, so I will just watch the story unfold.
